⇢ How is Senior Sign different from DocuSign, Hello Sign or Adobe Sign?
Signing is the easy part and only a small portion of what Senior Sign does or what is required for new move-ins. That's why we built a product specific for senior living communities. We allow for the completion of physician orders (email or fax) as well as uploads and attachments. Everything you need to complete every new move-in is included at our base price. No added charge for HIPAA compliance or other features.
⇢ Am I required to sign a contract?
We’re confident you’ll love Senior Sign. But, we don’t believe you should be forced into paying for something you don’t use. So we make it simple. Annual payments with a 30-day notice to cancel to support your transition off the platform. If you do decide to leave, we’ll be waiting for you when you come back.
⇢ Do we use our documents or yours?
You’re already familiar with your move-in packet. So, we upload your current forms and build smart documents from there. Everything is in-line signature like you use today with the added benefit of auto-fill and required fields. Additionally, you’ll have access to our library of frequently used documents to pull into your community packets as desired.
⇢ How do I add my documents?
We take care of the initial setup so you don’t have to. We build all of your smart documents so there’s no wasted time up front learning the deep features of our system. Like we say, “Senior Sign takes care of the paper so you can take care of the people.”
⇢ How do I make changes to a document? And does it cost money?
Our Customer Success team can make all of the document changes you need at no additional cost to you.
⇢ Are you open to integrating with my CRM, EHR, or EMAR?
Yes. We have several live integrations with other industry tools and more in progress. Contact our Sales Team to discuss your integration needs.
⇢ Can we download or export the signed agreements?
Yes. We have easy 1-click downloading or printing. In the cases where you are using an integration, we can easily import and export resident data, attachments, and signed agreements between platforms.
⇢ Is Senior Sign HIPAA compliant?
Yes, we’re fully HIPAA compliant. For more information, ask to see our Security & Compliance information.
⇢ How long do you store signed documents?
Per HIPAA regulations, we store all signed documents for a minimum of 7 years. We say minimum because that’s the requirement. We will never delete or remove signed agreements from your account without notifying you first.
⇢ Does Senior Sign sell our residents' contact information?
No. Never. No way. No How. Senior Sign does not sell any information for any reason. Not only is that bad business practice, it also violates HIPAA. Note that we do utilize resident and user data collected to internally improve our products and tools.
